The Islamic & Legal Explanation
01/
The Islamic Component:
We treat the Nikah as a Mithaq Ghaliz (sacred covenant). Our certified Sheikhs ensure that every ceremony strictly adheres to the authentic requirements of the Shariah, including the Khutbah (sermon), Ijab (offer), Qabul (acceptance), and the clear documentation of the Mahr (dowry).
02/
The Legal Component:
In Canada, a religious marriage is not automatically a legal one unless performed by a licensed official. Our team consists of government-authorized officiants who hold the power to sign and validate your Marriage License immediately following the religious ceremony. This eliminates the need for two separate events—one at a mosque and one at a courthouse—allowing you to complete your religious and civil duties in a single, dignified sitting.
